Be Still My Ovaries

It's been about a week since my last post. Noah and I have been busy with play "dates" and visiting friends. All have been adorable little girls that make me ache for another baby. Here are some pictures of Noah's girlfriends we visited with last week.

Summer's baby girl, Chloe is 4 months and the calmest, sweetest baby I have ever met.

Elsa just turned 2, so she's a little older than Noah, but he loves her fiery spirit and sense of adventure.

Little Isla is only two weeks old, but she's already beautiful, just like her mama.

Just hanging out with these ladies has given me a flare up of the fever - BABY FEVER! I can't wait for pink booties, fairy princess parties and teaching my little girl ballet. Here's to hoping there will be pink soon in my future (no, I am not pregnant, but you guys will be the first to know!)

BTW, we are off for a week to visit my parents, where they only have (gasp!) dial-up. Be back with pictures and stories next week. Have a great weekend!

Oh I hear ya.. I'm taking care of baby Mia (9 weeks old) three days a week. And even though I'm NOT crazy enough to even think about #5.. still I get that twinge. Have a good trip back in time to the cave of the in-laws in the land of the net lost!!!

I want a little girl, too. It seems that I need to have a husband for that first, though... Well, at least it would be *better* if I had one of those first.

Enjoy your trip!

Have a fantastic time with your parents! And I will keep my fingers grossed that there will be lace and pink bows in your future, if you keep yours crossed that there will be action figures and play trucks in mine! The hubby wants a little boy...I just want another baby to cuddle and a little pal for Isabelle.

I know what you mean. Babies have a tendency to make me melt. Especially little girls!!

Have a good trip!

I wanted lots of babies but that just didn't happen. And since I had 2 boys, all the pets have had to be girls. I don't want to be outnumbered.

Don't get me wrong little boys are awesome and I love mine to death but there is just something about a girl.

Isla is incredible. Just looking at that little swaddled watermelon made me *think* I want another one.

Nah. I don't.

Have a great trip and come back soon!

These days are so special. Cherish the time with small kidlets. They grow up amazingly quickly. My youngest in 19 and away at college.

Awwww, how cute is that little strawberry! Have a good trip - maybe something "pink" will happen.

Wait, I'm not sure that came out right.

Thanks for visiting my site last week when I was featured on SITS!

I love reading mommy blogs. I admire women who love their kids and were unselfish enough to have them. Me, childless, knew motherhood was not for me. A glass of Chardonny to all you mommies out there.
